Mental Health Awareness Week 2025
As we mark Mental Health Awareness Week, it’s vital to shine a light on the often-silent impact of Childhood Sexual Abuse (CSA) and its long term effects on mental health. Survivors of CSA frequently carry adulthood, influencing their sense of safety, trust, and self-worth. This week, we are hosting a few events designed to raise awareness, provide support, and promote healing for survivors and their communities.
Through conversation, workshops, and survivor-led sessions, we aim to break the silence, challenge stigma, and create pathways to recovery and resilience. Join us as we come together to support survivors and strengthen our collective understanding of mental-well being. Below is our calendar for what is on during Mental Health Awareness Week, however we are committed to providing support beyond this week.
