Monthly Drop-in Support Session at Quetzal
Our informal drop in sessions provide a safe, non-judgemental place for you to come and exercise your creativity, meet other women, make friends and gain support from Quetzal staff and volunteers.
They are friendly and relaxed with time for creativity, chatting and refreshments. The drop-in sessions are completely free. You can come to just one or attend regularly based on your availability. They are ideal for anyone on our waiting list or finishing counselling with us.

Please note
These sessions are not therapy, they are not counsellor-led but instead are delivered by support workers. The sessions are a great source of emotional support and a chance to share challenges you face in everyday life with others who will be able to empathise and understand your experiences. They are also a great excuse to step out of the house and exercise your creativity.
As the sessions are non-therapeutic, attendees are discouraged from discussing their experiences of childhood sexual abuse as this can be triggering for yourself and others.
