Train to Become a Counsellor with Quetzal
Build your professional counselling practice with a CPCAB-accredited Level 4 Diploma delivered by an experienced counselling agency at the heart of real therapeutic work. Our course is grounded in real-world counselling practice, trauma-informed care, and experience of supporting clients every day. You’ll learn from practising counsellors and experienced tutors who bring depth, honesty, and practical understanding into every session.
Learn From Experienced Practitioners
Our tutors are qualified counsellors actively working within the profession. Training is based in current practice, giving you insight into the realities of therapeutic work.
A Trauma-Informed Approach
Our teaching is grounded in trauma-informed principles. We create a learning environment that values safety, compassion, collaboration, and awareness of the impact of trauma on individuals and relationships.
Train within a Counselling Agency
As part of a counselling agency, our training is connected to the wider therapeutic community. Students benefit from learning in an environment shaped by genuine client work, professional standards, and a strong ethical foundation. Placements are facilitated within Quetzal, making what can be a challenging process much smoother.

Course fees also help support the ongoing work of our charity and the counselling services we provide to survivors of childhood sexual abuse. By training with us, you are contributing to accessible specialist support for others.
