Counsellor-led Group Sessions

These small, professionally facilitated sessions are designed to provide support, guidance, and practical strategies to help you cope while waiting for individual counselling, without any pressure to share your personal experiences.

The 6-week in-person program will be led by a qualified counsellor at Quetzal.

These groups are an optional extra at Quetzal, attending groups does not effect your eligibility for individual counselling.

You can attend one group session or attend for up to 6 sessions, depending on your needs. The sessions will have a different theme each week to help you concentrate on strategies and coping mechanisms.

Join us in-person for 1 hour sessions on Thursdays
From 1-2 PM
Starting 16th April 2026

No need to book, just turn up and we’ll greet you in reception

Week one: 16th April — Processing Emotions
Week two: 23rd April — Anxiety
Week three: 30th April — Anger
Week four: 7th May — Defence Mechanisms
Week five: 14th May — Relationships
Week six: 21st May — Resilience
