Lauren, an arts and crafts support volunteer at Quetzal, is currently in her second year studying Sociology at the University of Leicester, and is keen to apply this to create inclusive and empowering environments for others. She has a passion for baking, running, and exploring creative outlets as ways to relax and de-stress. She is eager to help out wherever she can and is excited to express her creative side while encouraging others to do the same!
