About the Event

Join us for a crafty, coffee-filled and cake-ful afternoon at Quetzal to celebrate International Women’s Day and get the chance to meet other like-minded people, create an art piece and engage with the team.

What to Expect?

There will be lots of cakes and coffee to go around, along with a fun, mindfulness art-based workshop by Preeti Mistry, a visual artist and designer from the UK.

In this free workshop, you will use dotting tools and learn different techniques to create your very own dot mandala. This workshop is aimed to help you use art to enhance your focus, relieve stress and calm the mind. All tools and other necessary equipment will be provided.

This informal event will also give you a chance to meet other like-minded women, make friends and gain additional information and support from the Quetzal team.

If you’re someone who is in need of help and support, then this is a great opportunity to get a taste of Quetzal and refer yourself.
