Connecting to Your Strengths is a free one-off, trauma-informed workshop designed to support you to build confidence.
The workshop will be run by Sacha, an experienced ICF-certified coach and qualified counsellor.
When we understand, connect, and use our strengths intentionally it can be very empowering and energising for the way we live our lives.
These sessions will offer the opportunity to explore your strengths by:
Naming them – recognising what they are
“Learn and recognise the strengths within you – gifts you may not have always been encouraged to see”.
Claiming them – embracing your power
“Begin to trust that your strengths are not only real, but valid—and that you have the right to use them to build your voice and confidence.”
Aiming them – Using your strengths with purpose

No preparation is required, and you are welcome to participate in a way that feels right for you.
Who it’s for:
This workshop is open to all women who are survivors of childhood sexual abuse.
Workshop Dates & Times:
The session will run 4 times; each session will follow the same format so pick whichever session is most convenient for you.

Monday 1st September at 11:30am – 1:00pm
