Focus Group: Share your experience with the Social Security System

We know that navigating the social security system can be difficult, especially for those who have experienced trauma. We want to hear directly from you about what has helped, what has been challenging, and what changes could make the system more understanding and accessible.

We’d like to invite you to share your views via a focus group.

Purpose of the Group

The focus group aims to learn about people’s experiences with the social security system. Your feedback can help improve services for others in the future.

What You’ll Be Asked to Do

The group will meet for about 1 hour followed by light refreshments.

You’ll be asked to share your experiences with the social security system in a safe group setting.

You can skip any question you don’t want to answer, and you can leave the group at any time.

Confidentiality

Your identity will be kept private. We will not use your name in any reports.

We ask everyone to keep what is shared in the group private and not discuss it outside the session.
