About Trauma-informed Yoga
Trauma-Informed Yoga is an experiential practice, rooted in exploring movement through a safe, introspective approach. Gentle movements will offer ample opportunity for the practitioner to choose their own pace, create comfortable rhythms, and initiate the ability to re-establish trust in their bodies. In this session, Yoga asana, Pranayama and Somatic release will be practiced in combination as a means to experience safety and peace in movement and moments of stillness.
