Quetzal’s Summer Do 2024
Volunteers, Placement Counsellors & Supporters
Come and celebrate all that has been achieved in the first half of the year with us! Join us for Quetzal’s Summer Do – Volunteers, Placement Counsellors & Supporters on Friday, 28th June 2024, from 1pm-5pm.
Meet and greet our dedicated cohort of volunteers, placement counsellors, and supporters who share Quetzal’s vision for a world where survivors are free from the trauma of abuse and exploitation.
This event is being held in support of our recently launched Week of Activism Campaign 2024. As part of the campaign, we’re raising awareness about the need for support for survivors of abuse and highlighting the importance of providing accessible resources for their recovery journey.
Join us to learn more about our initiatives, get involved in meaningful ways, and help us make a difference in the lives of survivors. Together, we can create a supportive community and promote healing and empowerment for all survivors.
At the event, you’ll have the chance to:
- Learn about what Quetzal has been up to and its plans for the rest of the year
- Discover the many ways you can get involved to support Quetzal’s mission
- Get details for the upcoming Week of Activism supporting the survivors’ recovery from the trauma of childhood sexual abuse and other upcoming events leading up to our charity’s Birthday Fundraiser Dinner
- Enjoy some cakes and drinks
The programme includes icebreakers, presentations, ticket sales for the upcoming charity dinner, and writing and creative workshops.
Don’t miss this opportunity to connect, learn, and support Quetzal’s vital mission!
