SUMMARY:Webinar: A Compassionate Look at Mind-Body Protection

Rather than judging or fighting these responses\, we’ll explore them with curiosity and compassion. \nYou’ll also be introduced to simple\, practical tools to help you feel more grounded\, settled and supported in the present moment. \nThis online workshop is designed to be a safe and welcoming space. There’s no pressure to share or speak\, and you can keep your camera off throughout. You’re welcome to simply listen and take what feels helpful for you. \nThe session will not be recorded to protect everyone’s privacy \nBook you place here
