How it Works
- Choose a Counsellor: Once you choose a counsellor who feels right for you, reach out directly using the contact information provided in their profile.
- Set Up Your Sessions: Speak to your chosen counsellor to arrange sessions that fit your schedule. All communication, session planning, and payment arrangements are handled privately between you and the counsellor. The average rate for a session will be between £25 and £50, depending on the counsellor.
- Start Your Journey: Begin working with your counsellor in a safe, supportive space tailored to your needs. Each session is guided by a trauma-informed approach, with a focus on creating a compassionate and empowering experience.
Important Information
The Quetzal Counsellor Directory serves as a connection point, with all arrangements and communications occurring solely between you and your chosen counsellor. Quetzal is not involved in these private counselling arrangements, meaning that no personal information, contact details, or counselling notes are shared with us.
