The Board of Trustees determines policy and sets the strategic direction for The Quetzal Project. It oversees the management of the project with the Trustees acting as guardians of charity.
The Board meet once a month for about one and a half hours. If you have specific skills in a particular area, such as law or finance, for example, that’s great, but you do not have to be an expert at anything to come along and add your view to the mix. If you are considering it, you could start with a trial period as an observer and then make a final decision when you’ve seen how things are done. If you’re interested, please submit an enquiry here
